Lydia Adams is a songwriter, recording artist, guitarist, and pianist who loves entertaining audiences of all ages. Her singing invites lively participation through harmonies, humor and improvisations. She performs at acoustic venues, festivals, libraries, and coffeehouses. She is an avid reader of the temperament of the audience, and will write songs for events. While performing traditional ballads, Lydia interprets a wide range of songs from Stephen Foster to Pete Seeger, Bonnie Raitt and contemporary political artists. Known for making up songs on the spot, Lydia joyfully presents relevant humor, puppetry, stories in ASL and spirited theatrical pieces.

Her albums include “Take Me Back”, “Gift of Story”, “Victoriana Spring”, “One Earth So Green and Round” and “We All Have Lunch with Lydia Adams Davis”.
